Shipping policy
1. Production & Processing Time Since every item at ZenCraft Gifts is custom-made and laser-engraved to your specifications, please allow 2-4 business days for us to design, produce, and inspect your order before it is shipped.
Note: During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Mother's Day), production time may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates (USA) We try to keep shipping simple and affordable:
- Orders over $40: FREE Standard Shipping
- Orders under $40: $5.95 Flat Rate
3. Estimated Delivery Time Once your order is produced and handed to the carrier (USPS or UPS), delivery typically takes:
- West Coast (CA, NV, AZ): 3-4 business days
- East Coast & Midwest: 4-7 business days
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a Tracking Number as soon as your label is created.
4. Where We Ship We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages ZenCraft Gifts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
However, if the item arrives broken due to packaging issues, please contact us at cs@zencraftgifts.com with a photo, and we will do our best to assist you.
6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
