All Sales Final Due to the custom nature of our products (such as personalized engraving), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the production process has begun. Please double-check your spelling and design details before placing an order.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If we made a mistake with your engraving, or if your item arrived damaged, please contact us at cs@zencraftgifts.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will happily send you a free replacement.

Refunds In the rare case that a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
